Sickly Saturday

Ok, so, after the whole puking in the van post, Ryan appeared to be alright that night, just a little weak. Tuesday and Wednesday were ok, just more baking soda baths etc. for Kaylee and thankfully no one else was sick. Not so fast George Banks! Thursday, I woke up feeling kind of funny in the head (sickly, not my NORMAL funny in the head)and by 3:00 when I normally pick Ryan up from school, knew for certain that by the end of the night I would be getting friendly with the commode! After a neighbor said he couldn't pick Ryan up from school, I mustered myself up to load the four kids, including contagious Poxy Kaylee, in the van. I brought some Meijer bags just in case...I was doing alright right up until exactly 3:30 when I had to walk into the school to get Ryan. I thought, this is it. I am going to puke in front of all these parents, into a Meijer bag in the front seat of my van. I waited it out for a minute, it slightly passed and I hurried in there to get him. Back to the vinegar-puke ridden van, and back home. I was supposed to donate blood at 4pm so the kids could get some stuffed animal blood drop and backpack. No can do! I am puking at exactly 4pm! Luckily, I only threw up once. That night, Caden wakes up in his bed covered in, you guessed it, PUKE! What have I done to deserve this???? He proceeded to barf about 5 times. Friday evening, Kaylee puked! She puked about 5 times. Three down, two to go. At this point, Kara and Jillian are doing well, however Kara is just getting done with a visit to the ER b/c Ryan pulled one of her ligaments out of place and she had to have it popped back into place!!!! That happened last night in the middle of Kaylee's episodes of vomitting/diarrhea. Kara couldn't move it all last night, I gave her motrin and sent her to bed. She woke up this morning crying and still not moving it. Bottom line people, don't let your bigger kids pull on or swing your littler kids by their arms. Ryan did feel horrible, which made me feel good to know he has a conscience. So, I posted this cute pic of Kara at the ER, showing how she can move her arms now after the nice doctor popped her ligament back into place. And, she didn't even cry!
