Loooooong Weekend

Four days is plenty of time to be locked up in this house with five kids! They had the worst case of cabin fever. Not only was the weekend bad, then we had TWO, count them, TWO days off of school due to below zero temps! They went back to school today, so it is much quieter around here. They were glad too. They get bored here and I try to think of crafty stuff to do (we did do a crayola cooking craft-see pic above), but I am only one person, so they entertain themselves a lot. When Jillian is not so needy, I can be more available to them on a craft basis!

Jillian went to the doctor yesterday for her 4 month check and weighed in at a whopping 11 pounds 12 ounces!! She is very long and has a slightly big head, but her weight is only in the 20th percentile. We are supposed to start food anytime now, but I think I am going to wait a bit. She got four shots yesterday and did not end up being as cranky or sleepy as she did at the 2 month check with four shots. She really is becoming enjoyable, waking up with a smile on her face in the morning. Nevermind the 5 times I was up last night with her while Ron slept on the couch due to sinus issues (these sinus "issues" have gotten way worse since the baby was born!!)That is another post though, until then!
