Earrings People!

Kara did it. She got her ears pierced this week. I never got hers pierced as a baby b/c she wasn't like Kaylee. Kaylee seemed all grown up to me even at 8 weeks old. When I had Kara, she was so sweet and baby-like. I had no intention of doing that to her so little. I decided to wait until she asked for them, which has been recently. I will do the same thing w/ Jillian.

It did go fairly bad, being the drama queen that Kara is. To top it off, there was only one girl there so she had to have two pokes at different times. But, she insisted on getting it done, and cried, but did not scream (which surprised me). And, now she is proud of her earrings. In fact, she was swinging her hair around in front of Ryan so as to reveal her earrings more to him. Ryan told her she didn't have to act cool just b/c she got earrings!!
