Where did the week go?

Boy, once you blog on a certain day of the week for a specific reason, you realize how fast a week actually goes. These days, I am travelling at warp speed, is there any other speed with five kids?

So, yesterday, Kaylee got her hair cut by the talented Kim S. We went to Kim's last night for three haircuts, which Kim agreed to do w/ her toddler son (who is adorable as all get out) present, amazing I tell you! Kaylee had been begging me for weeks to get it chopped off and voila!! There it is above. Will you look at those eyebrows, people? This is what a lot of us looked like before we tweezed and waxed. Be kind to your eyebrows. I read an email that said guys don't care what your eyebrows look like, as long as you have two! Anyway, let me tell you, Kaylee is in love with herself now. She got up early this morning b/c she was so excited for everyone at school to see it. I can't wait to hear what people say about it. I am thankful that it takes just a little haircut to make that kid happy!

I am thankful for a lunch out tomorrow with my good friend Rebekah at one of my favorite places at the mall. We both need it! I can't wait to see her new baby!

I'm thankful that Ron and I actually got the basement cleaned up and de-bulked. It is a load off my mind.

And, I have to get ready for work, but let me say, I am thankful for a job I do love, despite all the politics. As I always say, when I think it's bad, I say to myself "colostomies".
